Farmhouse will not be able to consider full credit for cartridges or PAX Pods more than 3 days after the delivery date or if they have been used with a battery that was not sold by Farmhouse or with a PAX Era Battery. Per State law, taxes will be charged for replacements. Please note that we cannot be responsible for accidental damage, and we strongly encourage that you store cartridges at room temperature and avoid dropping them. Leaving cartridges or pods in the sun or hot vehicle can degrade the oil and the internal parts, causing the cartridge or pod to fail, clog, change color, flavor or effect. Defects reported after 3 days from delivery date will be reviewed on a case by case basis. No refunds of any kind will be given after 2 weeks from delivery date.
