What are the taxes on cannabis?
Both adult use customers and those with a third party medical recommendation will be subject to sales tax (calculated in your cart) and a California cannabis excise tax (built into the listed price). Be sure to pay attention to excise taxes when purchasing cannabis products, while we build this tax into the price of the products, some dispensaries will wait until checkout to show you this additional cost. Farmhouse only charges sales tax at checkout. We feel this enables you to have a better sense of what you will be paying and avoids unexpected charges at checkout.
People with a state-issued MMIC (medical marijuana identification card, issued by CDPH) will be exempt from sales tax, but will still need to pay the cannabis excise tax. If you are a regular medical user, getting a state issued recommendation could be worthwhile. Find out more here.
Is delivery more expensive than going to a dispensary?
No! In fact, we are technically a dispensary without a storefront, so we come to you. We do not mark the prices up higher than our storefront competitors, and we currently don’t have any delivery fees. We will also honor price matching with local dispensaries (for the same product- same brand and the same strain). We do however, have minimum order sizes beginning at $40 in Petaluma. Can I return items from my order?

Where do you deliver?
Currently, we offer same day delivery throughout most of Sonoma County and Marin, the city of Napa and the immediate surrounding area, and American Canyon. We offer next day delivery to West County and Coastal Marin County.
What payment types do you accept?
We currently accept cash or debit cards with a $3 convenience fee charged on delivery. For debit transactions, the payment will be rounded up to the nearest dollar amount, and charges will show as ATM withdrawal at Farmhouse Artisan Market on your statement.
Do I need to be a medical patient to order?
You do not. Our license allows us to deliver medical and adult use products. If you do have a medical card (issued by state and the local jurisdiction) you will be exempt from sales tax. If you have a recommendation issued by your physician, the limits on products that contain THC will be higher, but you will not be exempt from sales tax. If you do not have a medical card or recommendation, you MUST be 21 or older to order.
